Simple, you get the website address of the video then do the following:

[ flash] www.oboymyvid.com/video1hereitcomes/[/flash]

Just do that without the spaces.

follow Rman's instructions if you want to embed your video into the forums. If your asking how to upload the video to youtube, then I have already provided instructions on how to do so at the bottom of the guide. take a look ^_^ if you have any further questions, feel free to PM me or write it here on the thread (preferably on the thread, so other people will get the answer too).

Hi, I've been having a problem with the video.
I've fallowed the instructions and all.
But when I make the video
I watch it through Windows Media Player and well the video looks pretty weird.
It looks like there's alot of brightness...
I don't know if it could be something with the Windows Media Player.
When I watch it on the Windows Movie Maker, it looks normal.
Also I've used Nero Vision to try and edit a movie, and only this one was bright.
Though I've made the video with Windows Movie Maker.
Maybe it could have been something to do with my graphics card?
I kind of changed the configuration.. But I don't think that's the problem.
When I lower the quality on Windows Media Player, it looks even more messed up -.-
Can you help me out please?

Ah nvm.
When I posted the video to youtube, it was normal.
I guess it's just my computer or something.
Oh well XD

@dream00 when you go to convert the video to a wmv in windows movie maker it'll have advanced settings that you can change to select from a list of preset display sizes, just go through them and find something close to what you're looking for ^_^
