Now I remember... It was his guide's fault why I made a slasher AGI CHAMP as my first character...

I got base stats of 80 AGI, 28 STR, and 5 con...I may have low STR... but believe me I can still 1 slash opponents hehe...

Still working on gemming my JoE to +9 at least... then buy AGI resets from mallers to remove my insanely high AGI...

Well he actualy didn't brough it or anytying, 210 was always there . Every player discovered that when u get 140 ur IS doubles , so most tough there's more above or 140 is the one. Those who went hi agi builds and zerked got above 210 knew there IS is doubled. So chuck and couple more discovered is 210 but not brought. As for SadChamp ye he is the 1st one who went dual. Maybie he gave Igg inspiration to make uns 85 1 hand for champ, who knows.

IS damage is based on attack speed and ones strength.
Those who went aspd way reached multipliers but lacked strength, those who went strength lacked in aspd and
couldnt reach multipliers.

Chucks geniality (I dont mind to use that word) was based on combination of those two opposite principles -
crus who reaches 210 and is strong in same time.
So yes, Chuck wasnt first to realize there is 210 multiplier, but he was first person to find out practical way how to reach 210 and be strong in same time, so metaphorically speaking he is the one who brought 210 to masses.
