hot keys?

anybody know how to make the window for top2 smaller? cuz im not able to log out and my hotkeys wont work

Tried disabling full screen ?

If you mean that even after that your client is like 1cm bigger than height of screen (my case) then it cant be helped...

Inside Game Settings you can adjust the screen to Full Size or Windowed. Also, select the 800px instead of 1024px to make the window smaller. Pressing ESC should bring up a window where you can log out. If you press the last option the entire game will be closed.
