Not sure if it works for hanguard thingies but generally I saw all hanguard / bracelet / ... quest items for sale for cca 700 - 770 k each this weekend.

On other hand its not that bad price... If drop rates really are as misserable as I heard...
You can make lets say 2 or 3 story quests and buy that bracelet still saving 3/4 of time.
